Admission up to Class X shall be regulated by the rules of the school.

Rules for Admission

1. Registration & Admission Process:

  • Registration for Kindergarten (Nursery-LKG) will be done from the first week of December and interview will be held in the month of January every year.
  • New admissions will be taken from class I to X in the first week of June before the commencement of the academic year.
  • Admissions will be made strictly on merit, obtained by the candidate.
  • Pupils selected for various classes must be accompanied by their parents or guardians who will be responsible to the school authorities for their regularity and discipline.
  • Selected students must produce the admission forms supplied by the school along with Transfer Certificate from the previous school attended, a character/conduct certificate, in support of their date of birth and the caste certificate.
  • Ward's information once entered in the Admission Register will not be altered.

2. Age Criteria:

  • After the completion of kindergarten, children will be admitted into Class I before the closure of each academic year.
  • Child with 5+ years at the beginning of the academic year is admitted into first standard.

3. Required Documents:

  • Caste certificate obtained from Mandal Revenue Office should be submitted along with the duly filled in admission form while admitting the child into class I.
  • Fees once paid will neither be refunded nor transferred.

Rules for Withdrawal

  • The written application for the Transfer Certificate must be forwarded to the Headmistress.
  • No Transfer Certificate will be issued till all the dues are paid.
  • Withdrawals of children from classes for mere social function is not recommended because it retards the child's progress in school and minimizes her/his respect for regular hard work with consequent failure in studies.
  • Pupils who misbehave may be required to be withdrawn from the school.

General Rules

Imparting knowledge and instilling discipline for good behaviour are the twin goals of our institution. Hence the school expects every student to obey its rules and regulations.

A. Discipline and Punctuality

  • All students should be punctual. They are expected to be in their class immediately after the first bell at 8:40 am. The school gate will be closed at 8:45 a.m.
  • Students who come late will not be admitted to class without permission from the Principal. Habitual late comers will be sent home.
  • The full and clean school uniform must be worn all days.
  • Running, playing, shouting and whistling inside the school building are never allowed.
  • The school is not responsible for the personal belongings such as money, ornaments etc.
  • Any damage to the school property will be compensated by the parents.
  • Irregular attendance, unsatisfactory performance in studies, disobedience to teachers, stealing, writing, scribbling on the walls, malpractice in examinations, misbehaviour will necessitate dismissal of a student from school.
  • Cell phones are not to be used in campus. If they are found, they will be confiscated.
  • In any case if the student has to be taken during working hours, he/she can be taken by the parents only with the permission of the Headmistress.

B. Attendance

  • The student must attend the school daily. Parents should not request that their children should leave school before all classes are over.
  • No leave of absence will be granted except for serious reasons.
  • The absentees will not be admitted to the class unless an application for leave is entered in the diary and parents should show it to the respective class teacher after principal's signature.
  • No half a day leave is granted.
  • If a student is absent for 2 months without any permission, his or her name will be struck off from the rolls without any warning.
  • Unauthorized persons are not entertained in campus.

C. Use of English

  • The students are encouraged to speak English in order to improve communication skills.

Language Combination Offered

  • English (as first language) with Hindi (as second language) from Std. I to VII
  • Telugu (as third language) from VI to VIII
  • Telugu/Hindi can be opted as II Lang in IX & X Std.

General Instructions

  • The official language in the campus is English.
  • Students are to be clean and tidy in all respects.
  • The fees once paid will not be refunded.
  • Students are not allowed to use mobile phones in the school campus.
